Mohamed Khalil

Mohamed joined Hannouche Associates in 2019. His practice spans the Medical, Real Estate, Corporate, and Construction sectors.

He has extensive experience advising on large-scale construction and infrastructure projects and has guided foreign and local companies through regulatory processes with the Iraqi Ministry of Health, including obtaining licenses for pharmaceutical and medical operations.

Mohamed advises clients on regulatory compliance, due diligence, and risk management, with a focus on healthcare and public policy.

He is fluent in Arabic and English, holds an LL.B. from the University of Baghdad, and is a member of the Iraq Bar Association.
