
Founder of Hannouche Associates, Michel established the firm in 1988 and leads its Beirut office. With over four decades of dedicated legal practice, he brings extensive experience in Real Estate Law, Corporate Law, and Civil Contracts. Mr. Hannouche advises a diverse clientele across sectors including real estate development, construction, automotive manufacturing, jewelry production, and foreign investment funds. He has also acted as a trusted legal advisor to several Gulf Cooperation Council companies in relation to their investments and interests across Lebanon and the Middle East.
Renowned as one of the leading legal practitioners in the region, Mr. Hannouche’s deep expertise in complex, cross-border transactions has led parliamentary committees and governmental bodies to seek his counsel in drafting key laws and regulations. He also serves on the boards of several companies and NGOs in Lebanon.
In addition to his legal work, following his loss of eyesight, Michel founded a charitable association in 1987 dedicated to advancing the rights and inclusion of persons with disabilities in Lebanon. He is frequently invited to speak at conferences addressing both his legal career and his philanthropic initiatives.
Michel holds a Bachelor and Master of Laws from the Lebanese University Law School (1983 and 1985 respectively) and has been a member of the Beirut Bar Association since 1985.
