Ibrahim Jamal

Since joining the Erbil office in 2011, Ibrahim has become a highly regarded lawyer in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. He advises clients on Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Real Estate, Labor Law, and Immigration.

Ibrahim frequently liaises with local authorities, obtaining complex licenses and approvals for clients across multiple sectors. His experience includes share transfers, employee social security transitions, pharmaceutical product registrations, and foreign company licensing at the Ministry of Natural Resources.

He has also gained in-house experience through secondment with a major regional distributor, deepening his knowledge of retail and consumer goods.

Ibrahim is fluent in Kurdish, Arabic, and Turkish, with working proficiency in English. He holds an LL.B. from Cihan University (2011) and is a member of the Iraq Bar Association.
