Alaa’ Sadeq

Alaa’ joined the firm in 2023. His practice focuses on Insurance Law, as well as Corporate and Commercial Litigation.

Alaa’ advises clients on insurance regulations, licensing, and contract drafting and is recognized as a leading practitioner in Iraq’s insurance and financial sectors. He also assists foreign educational institutions in establishing operations in Iraq and regularly advises retail and consumer goods companies on distribution, franchising, licensing, and intellectual property.

Alaa’ holds an LL.B. from the University of Baghdad, is fluent in Arabic, and is a member of the Iraq Bar Association.
