Ahmed Taher

Ahmed Taher joined the Erbil office in 2018. He specializes in Litigation and Dispute Resolution, representing regional and multinational clients in disputes involving Commercial, Administrative, Labor, Banking, Real Estate, and Intellectual Property Law.

Ahmed has successfully led multiple arbitration proceedings under Iraqi law, achieving favorable awards in sectors such as oil and gas, hospitality, and retail distribution.

He is fluent in Kurdish, Arabic, and Turkish, holds an LL.B. from Cihan University, and is a member of the Iraq Bar Association.
