Abdullah Jaber

Mr. Jaber heads the Baghdad office at Hannouche Associates and is widely considered as one of the leading legal practitioners in the Federal Iraq region with more than 10 years of experience.

Abdullah’s main practice concentrates on advising corporate clients in the litigation and taxation fields. He has advised several international clients on their taxation and corporate structures in Baghdad, in addition to securing licenses from various governmental authorities with regards to the activities of companies and organizations from various fields.

Along with his litigation and taxation practices, Mr. Jaber has been the counsel for several foreign banking institutions, helping complete the complicated process of securing the operational license from the Central Bank of Iraq.

Abdullah graduated from Dijla University School of Law in 2010, he is fluent in Arabic and operational in English. He is a member of the Baghdad Bar Association.
